Rick Wood was an integral player with his stormwater design that won the 2015 Stormwater Pioneer project on the site of the Popi’s Restaurant in Philadelphia PA.  Philadelphia Water introduced the Stormwater Pioneers program to recognize the very best in stormwater management on private property.
